Really top notch work and craftsmanship. Ask them to replace 4 sets of rotted out stairs on my existing wrap around porch as well as put a 'sun deck' addition on the side. Great work. They met our needed date for a big party as well as hand built custom railings to match the existing! Can't even tell the old from the new railings!

All I have to say is… “WOW!!!“ They exceeded my expectations! They went beyond the extra mile. At the base of the steps is a paver patio and they picked up the pavers to fix the landing so the last step was the correct height. They put gutters on the roof and buried the downspout underneath the walkway, then replaced the walkway and it looks better than it originally did! And so many more things that made it a wonderful experience. The first day I met Miles for the estimate, I sensed that I could put my trust in him and his company and what an excellent choice that was! I highly recommend this group.

The team from Mount Joy was prompt, friendly, and even made suggestions that saved me money. When they found a problem with the house, they explained the fix, fixed it, then moved forward with the original plan. I would highly recommend them.

My sister had a BEAUTIFUL deck built by Mount Joy Company LLC over the summer. I needed a new deck, so she gave me their number and I called and spoke to Mr. Miles. We set a date for him to visit my home to take measurements, select the type of wood I'd choose, and of course the pricing. He was such a gentleman, very thorough and patient with my questions. I was satisfied with what we discussed, so I signed his contract! A few weeks later, on a Monday morning, Mr. Travis, (who kept me informed with phone calls and text messages), and his crew started the five day "makeover" of my deck, and I also had new rails installed on my front porch. Oh my goodness, Mr. Travis, his men, and Jake's work is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! These hard working men are the ultimate professionals from start to cleanup. I am more than happy!!! I'm getting lots of compliments from family and friends. My neighbors are loving my home's "new" look and are writing down Mount Joy's number! Mr. Miles, Mr.Travis, Jake, and the rest of your crew, "Thank You So Much!!!" I'll definitely recommend your company, your number is permanently stored in my phone!

As my wife and I watched Travis and his crew build two decks and an adjoining pergola on the back of our three story Victorian home we were reminded of old world craftsmanship, from the first posts planted in the ground to the white primer and two coat blue painted decks and steps and two coat white railings and the the crowning glory of the pergola on each deck, connected to one another, behind which on the west was a mud room to match the lighter blue old world siding of the main house and boasting a door with fifteen lights on the south rear) wall, a skylight and a window on the west wall. Everything shining brilliant white in the morning sun, to which the lighter blue siding of the house provides the perfect backdrop to the brilliant white railings and two interconnected pergolas, all from which we will enjoy our view of our woods we created from a hall acre of our football field length property lawn over four decades and the view of distant hills of corn and soybeans that surround our tiny town (population under thousand since it’s creation in the mid-1800’s) which offers no skyscrapers nor the roar of rush hour traffic…. just the sweet chirps of birds to awaken to amid the nearly 24/7 near silence (the perfect home to return home to now especially looking forward to relaxing and dining and entertaining on our decks.,, Thank you, Travis and your awesome crew and thank you to Miles whose honesty and heart combined with knowledge of the ins and outs of construction detail, sold us above all other firms from the first moment he sat with us on our porch to discus particulars, including a firm price and reminded us that being bonded and insured, Mount Joy would honor all building codes for our own safety and most certainly would register the project with our county’s building code inspection division for our safety and piece of mind. I cannot say enough good things about Mount Joy Company. Travis and his brother, Miles, own and operate the company. From start to finish, the entire team were highly professional, listened to our questions and responded in a thoughtful manner, and were highly skilled in all that they did. They cleaned up each day and really wanted to make sure we were happy with the porch. One can tell that everyone working for this company takes enormous pride in their work. We were told the scope of the project would take three days. All workers were punctual and did not take breaks. I highly recommend Mount Joy Company for any household project, inside or out!

A very friendly and responsive group. They were able to quickly modify a few things on our deck replacement when unknown conditions were exposed during demolition. Great communication throughout the project. Good quality work.
